Each item is sent by Royal Mail first class signed for. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email confirming it’s en route to you. 

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, your order should be with you within 1-3 working days. 

Please note that once I’ve shipped your order, I’m not responsible for any package delays or lost items. If i’m aware of any widespread delays that might impact your delivery i’ll flag on Instagram

Overseas delivery

Make sure you get all the details from your customs office on any import charges or taxes you might have to pay before you receive your order. Please also note that customs authorities might need to look at any cross-border shipments if they feel it’s necessary.

For international shipping, delivery times are a little longer

Returns

I lovingly handcraft all the pieces you buy. Because the vintage materials I use are already aged, they are delicate and can be more vulnerable to damage - so please be gentle with your purchase. Adornment can’t be responsible for damage to purchases from rough or careless treatment.

I see this age and past wear as part of the beauty of the materials I use. If you would like detail of any such wear within a specific piece, please contact me.

Particularly noticeable areas of age will be noted in product descriptions but the vintage condition of materials does not constitute a fault in the context of returns.

If there’s a fault with your purchase (and I really hope that doesn’t happen!) please contact me within 14 days of receipt and I will issue you with our returns address. Adornment will provide a full refund including for postage where cost is evidenced.

If you are otherwise dissatisfied with your order we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note for the value of the item purchased. Again, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you with our returns address. The buyer is fully responsible for shipping the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the returns address and we recommend using a tracked service
